The below Citi PayAll transaction limits apply to each cardholder.
| Number of total transactions | A cardholder can make up to 10 Citi PayAll transactions each calendar month across all Citi branded credit cards. |

| Number of recipient transactions | A cardholder can make up to 5 Citi PayAll transactions to a particular recipient each calendar month across all Citi branded credit cards. |
| Transaction value of transactions | A cardholder can make up to $20,000 (subject to available credit) in Citi PayAll transactions each calendar month across all Citi branded Credit Cards. |
Important Information
Citi PayAll transactions that exceed your Credit Limit may not be authorised.
Please ensure that PayAll cancellation requests are submitted at least 3 business days before the payment due date. Once the cancellation request has been processed, it will take 1 business day for your PayAll transaction limits to be updated.
