Your credit limit increase request
Before we can assess your request to increase your credit limit, we need to confirm your current income. To help us do this faster, you can email these documents to us at newca1@citi.com.

If you are a permanent employee
If you are a full-time or part-time employee, you can email copies of the following document combinations to us at newca1@citi.com
- 1 payslip showing your name and employer details, dated within the last 45 days; or
- 2 consecutive payslips showing your name and employer details, dated within the last 60 days; or
- Signed employment contract; or
- A letter from your employer, dated within the last 30 days, confirming employment, length of employment and gross income; or
- Your Individual Tax Return within the last 15 months; or
- Your Individual Notice of Assessment within the last 15 months; or
- Your most recent PAYG Payment Summary, dated after 1 May of the previous financial year; or
- Your most recent Tax Ready Income Statement, dated after 1 May of the previous financial year
If you are a casual employee
If you are a casual employee, you can email copies of the following document combinations to us at newca1@citi.com
- 2 consecutive payslips showing your name and employer details, dates within the last 60 days; or
- Your signed employment contract; or
- Your Individual Tax Return less than 15 months old
If you are self-employed
If you are self-employed, you can email copies of the following document combinations to us at newca1@citi.com:
- Your two most recent Individual Tax Returns; or
- Your two most recent Notice of Assessments; or

- Your bank statement showing the last three month's of Centrelink payments; or
