How to update your contact details via Citi Mobile® App or Citi Online
Citi Mobile® App
Please note you can only update your Australian number to an overseas number via Citi Online.
- Log in to the Citi Mobile® App
- Tap the 'Profile and Settings' icon on the top left
- Tap 'Profile Information'
- Tap 'Edit' on the top right
- Make the necessary updates
- Tap 'Update'
Citi Online
- Sign on to your Citi Online account
- Click on 'My Profile' from the top menu
- Enter the One-Time PIN when prompted. The One-Time PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Select 'View/Update details' from the menu on the left
- Update any necessary details and click 'Continue'
- Review the changes and click 'Continue'
- Click 'Done' to finish
