Please note we are no longer accepting new Ready Credit applications as of 14 July 2025. Any applications submitted before 14 July 2025 will be reviewed and decisioned as per normal. If you have submitted an application, please check to ensure required actions or additional information has been completed or provided. Any applications that are not finalised before 1 August 2025 will be cancelled by us.

National Australia Bank Limited (ABN 12 004 044 937, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 230686) (“NAB”) is the credit provider and issuer of Citi branded credit products. NAB has acquired the business relating to these products from Citigroup Pty Limited (ABN 88 004 325 080, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 238098) (“Citi”) and has appointed Citi to provide transitional services.
Our/us/we means NAB unless the context otherwise requires it.
“Citi”, “Citibank”, “Citigroup”, the Arc design and all similar trade marks and derivations thereof are used temporarily under licence by NAB from Citigroup Inc. and related group entities.

1. Introductory rate: Offer commenced 1 May 2024. Please ensure that all supporting documentation for your application is submitted to us before 1 August 2025. If we don’t receive all documentation before 1 August 2025, your application will be cancelled. The introductory interest rate of 8.9% p.a. will apply to balance transfers you request with this offer within 3 months from account approval. The introductory rate of 8.9% p.a. will apply for a promotional period of 5 years. This promotion will be treated as a balance transfer in accordance with the Unsecured Credit Terms and Conditions and Other Important Information. The 5-year promotional period will commence once the initial balance transfer is processed. Any balance transfer requests submitted with your application will be processed when you activate your account If you do not submit a balance transfer request with your application, you will need to call us to submit a balance transfer request within 3 months from account approval to request one, otherwise the introductory rate will not apply to your balance transfer and you will be charged the standard variable Annual Percentage Rate (APR), currently 22.49% p.a. During the introductory period, repayments are allocated to balance transfers before retail purchases and cash advances, which attract interest at the standard variable APR of 22.49% p.a. At the end of the promotional period, the APR on any outstanding balance transferred with this offer will revert to the standard variable APR. This offer excludes balances transferred from other Citi branded unsecured credit products. Post this advertised date, NAB reserve the right to continue, withdraw or change the offer at any time without notice.
2. 50,000 Qantas Points
Offer eligibility: Please ensure that all supporting documentation for your application is submitted to us before 1 August 2025. If we don’t receive all documentation before 1 August 2025, your application will be cancelled. To be eligible to receive 50,000 Qantas Points, you must: apply for this offer before it is withdrawn, request a balance transfer of $5,000 or more within 3 months of approval, and provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number linked to an account in your name to NAB within 2 months of our request for it. Your account must be open, in good standing (for example, your account is not in default or suspended) and must maintain a debit balance until the Qantas Points are credited. If you do not provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer number within 2 months from when NAB first request it, the Qantas Points will be forfeited.
Offer exclusions: This offer is available only once per customer. This offer is not applicable or valid in conjunction with any other advertised or promotional offer. If you have previously received, or are entitled to earn, 50,000 Qantas Points with this offer, you will not be eligible to earn another 50,000 Qantas Points with this offer.
Requesting your Qantas Frequent Flyer number: NAB will send you an email to the email address maintained on your Citi Ready Credit account requesting your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number from you, within 2 months from the date your initial transfer of $5,000 or more was processed. NAB may also send you an SMS.
Receiving your Qantas Points: The Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 2 months of NAB receiving your Qantas Frequent Flyer number.
About Qantas Frequent Flyer: You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn and redeem Qantas Points. A joining fee can apply, however, new customers who join here will have the joining fee waived by Qantas. Please ensure you provide your valid Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number. The Qantas Frequent Flyer membership must be in your own name. In the instance that the Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and last name attached to your Citi Ready Credit account does not match the details in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, you may not be eligible to receive Qantas Points. Membership of Qantas Frequent Flyer is your responsibility. Membership and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions, available at qantas.com/terms.

3. Establishment Fee
An Establishment Fee of $199 will be debited to your Ready Credit account on the date NAB issue the first statement of account after you activate your account. The Establishment Fee is billed in addition to the amount borrowed. Other service fees and charges including late payment fee and dishonour fee may apply. Post this advertised date, NAB reserve the right to continue, withdraw or change the offer at any time without notice.
4. Classic Flight Rewards are available on Qantas, Jetstar and partner airlines. Classic Flight Reward seats are subject to capacity controls, availability is limited and some flights may not have any Classic Flight Rewards available. The Qantas Points, taxes, fees and carrier charges stated are accurate as at 2 December 2024 but may vary at the time of booking.
