Shop with Points at Kogan.com

How it works
1. Enrol
Log in or create a Kogan.com account and enrol your card under 'Card Rewards'.3
2. Shop
Browse and shop for everything from fashion, electronics, toys and more.
3. Checkout
Use your Points when you checkout by choosing ‘Shop with Points’. Enjoy your Purchase!
Step 1:
Sign on to your Citi Online account. Click on ’Rewards’ from the menu bar on top of the page which will direct you to the Rewards home page.
Step 2:
Tap ‘Redeem now’ on the Cashback/Annual Fee Credit tile.
Step 3:
Select your preferred denomination from the dropdown menu and click on ‘Redeem’.
Step 4:
Accept the Terms and Conditions and hit ‘Confirm’ to submit the redemption request.
Step 1:
Sign on to your Citi Online account. Click on ’Rewards’ from the menu bar on top of the page which will direct you to the Rewards home page.
Step 2:
Tap on ‘Redeem now’ on the eVoucher tile. Select your preferred eVoucher from the available list. Choose the ‘Quantity’ from the drop-down menu and click on ‘Add to cart’.
Step 3:
Go to your ‘Shopping cart’ on top and click on ‘Redeem now’ to proceed with the redemption. Review your final selection and hit ‘Next’.
Step 4:
Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ by clicking on the box and then go ‘Next’. To confirm the redemption, hit ‘Done’. An email will be sent to your registered email address with the redemption details.

Sign on to your Citi Online account. Click on 'Rewards' from the menu bar on top of the page which will direct you to the Rewards home page.
Step 2:
Tap on 'Redeem now' on the Points Transfer tile. Select your preferred transfer partner from the available list and hit 'Redeem now'.
Step 3:
Enter your membership number and the amount of partner points that you would like to transfer. Click on 'Redeem' to proceed to the next step.
Step 4:
Accept the 'Terms and Conditions' by clicking on the box and hit 'Confirm'.

Important information
1 An eligible purchase is a transaction we will present to you in your Citi Mobile® App, Citi Online or via SMS that can be paid by redeeming your rewards Points. The types of transactions that may be paid by redeeming your rewards Points may change and we will present these to you in the Citi Mobile® App, Citi Online or via SMS.
2 Please remember that once you submit a request to transfer Citi reward Points to a participating Loyalty Program, the request to transfer cannot be cancelled and Citi reward Points cannot be transferred back to your Citi Rewards account.
3 To use your reward Points toward eligible purchase at Kogan.com, you must have a Kogan.com account, be the primary cardholder of a card enrolled in the Citi Rewards Program (eligible card’), enrol your eligible card with your Kogan.com account and agree to the Shop with Card Reward Point Terms and Conditions. You may only enrol one eligible card with Kogan.com at any time. Customers who are enrolled in the Citi Qantas Rewards program will not be eligible for Shop with Points with Kogan.com. The Shop with Card Reward Points Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Citi Rewards Terms and Conditions.

Introduction
Citi Rewards is a loyalty rewards program offered at our sole discretion. The Citi Rewards Program Terms and Conditions explain how you can earn and redeem Points. Please visit citibank.com.au/credit-cards/terms for a copy of the Citi Rewards Terms and Conditions. The following describes the additional Citi Rewards Program Terms and Conditions in relation to redemption of Citi reward Points via Citi Online and the Customer Service Centre.
REWARDS REDEMPTION
Rewards featured on Citi Online:
- We are not obligated to update the catalogue of Rewards on a specific schedule.
- Photos, features and suggested retail prices on Citi Online are for reference only.
- We or the respective suppliers may make similar substitution of a Reward when necessary. If you have already ordered an item, we will give you notice before substituting it or offer you a refund of your points. We can make a similar substitution of Rewards at any time without notice.
Cashback
- Cashback Rewards may not be cancelled, amended, or returned.
- There is no limit to the number of Cashback Reward redemptions a cardholder can receive.

Refer to the respective Citi Rewards and Citi Qantas Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, applicable to your product type, for the full Terms of Use which can be found on citibank.com.au/credit-cards/terms.
POINTS TRANSFER
Points Transfer – Loyalty Programs
You must accept these Points Transfer Terms and Conditions to transfer your available and qualifying Points to participating Loyalty Programs.
Upon completion of a Points Transfer request, the transferred Citi reward Points will immediately be deducted from your Rewards balance. The applicable rewards currency will be posted to your participating Loyalty Program account after the completion of the Points Transfer redemption.
A submitted request to transfer Points is final and may not be cancelled. The Points in a submitted request may not be returned to you.
We may change the Points Transfer program rules including participation of loyalty program providers, regulations, policies, benefits, conditions of participation or points levels (if applicable), in whole or in part at any time. We will notify you of any changes in accordance with your Citi Rewards Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for, or affiliated with, the participating Loyalty Programs. We make no representations regarding travel services provided by any of the participating Loyalty Programs.
Points Autosweep – Loyalty Program
These terms should be read together with your Citi Rewards Terms and Conditions.
You must accept these Points Autosweep Terms and Conditions to automatically transfer your available points balance each month to your nominated participating loyalty program (Loyalty Program).
The nominated Loyalty Program account that you choose to transfer your available points must be under your name. You must provide the correct details of your Loyalty Program account number for us to successfully transfer the points to the Loyalty Program.
By opting in for Points Autosweep, the transferred Citi reward Points will be deducted from your Rewards balance, on the nominated date of each month, provided you meet the minimum points requirement for that Loyalty Program.
Points will be redeemed at the conversion rate that has been disclosed to you. Any actioned Points Autosweep is final and may not be cancelled, reversed, or changed.
The applicable rewards currency will be posted to your nominated Loyalty Program account after the completion of the Autosweep redemption. It may take up to 28 business days for the applicable rewards currency to appear in your Loyalty Program membership account.
You may choose to opt out of Points Autosweep by clicking the ‘Remove’ option. This opt out must be done before your nominated day for Points Autosweep. If you opt out of Points Autosweep, your Points will no longer automatically transfer to your nominated Loyalty Program.
We may change the Autosweep redemption terms including participation of loyalty program providers, benefits, conditions of participation or points (if applicable), in whole or in part, at any time. We will notify of any changes in accordance with your Citi Rewards Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for the participating Loyalty Programs. We make no representations regarding any goods or services provided by the Loyalty Programs.
