Citi Alerts

1. Sign on to Citi Online and select 'My Profile' from the 'Services' menu (located in the top menu bar)
2. Select 'Citi Alerts' from the left hand menu, then click 'Enrol in / Manage Alerts' from the available options
3. Click 'Set up Alerts' and then click the '+' buttons to expand the 'Credit Card and Loan Alerts' options
4. Select the Alerts you want to enrol in by clicking on the tick boxes, then select how you want them to be delivered (SMS, email or push notifications)
5. Click 'Confirm' to confirm your enrolments. Please note it will take 24 hours for your alerts to be activated.

You can also call us on 13 24 84 to enrol for Citi Alerts.

Citi Push Notifications are notifications sent by the Citi Mobile^® App, which you will receive on your mobile phone, without having to open the app.

They can help you keep track of when payments are cleared, when you receive a credit into your account or when your balances are low.

Note: In order to receive push notifications, please ensure you have allowed the Citi Mobile^® App to send you notifications in your phone settings.

For iOS go to 'Settings' > Tap 'Notifications > Select 'Citi AU' > Tap 'Allow Notifications'

For Android go to 'Settings' > Tap 'Apps' > Select 'Citi AU' > Tap 'App notifications' > Tap 'Show notifications'

To opt out of an alert(s), simply sign on to Citi Online and update your 'Citi Alerts Profile'. You can also call us on 13 24 84.

If you're travelling overseas, you can still receive your alerts as normal if you have international roaming or a secure Wi-Fi connection.

No, Citi Alerts is a free service for all customers with a Citi branded card or account.

Citi Alerts are available for all our cards and accounts.

The primary account holder will receive an alert to their registered email and/or mobile phone number. This service is not available for additional cardholders.

If your contact details change it is important you update your email and mobile phone number to ensure you continue to receive alerts.

1. Sign on to Citi Online and select 'My Profile' from the 'Services' menu (located in the top menu bar)
2. Select 'Personal Information' from the left hand menu, then select 'View / update details' from the available options
3. Click 'Update Information' then update your details. Once completed, click 'Continue'
4. Verify your changes are correct, then click 'Continue'.
