The move to NAB

About the changes

NAB has been the provider of your products since 1 June 2022. On 24 February 2024, Citi branded home loan accounts were closed and moved to a similar NAB branded account. 

For credit card and personal lending accounts you can continue to use your account as normal. If there are changes to these accounts, we will let you know ahead of time.

Now that your home loan has moved

There are some changes to the way you access and manage your loan. Specifically:

Changes to incoming or outgoing payments

We've automatically updated the direct debit arrangements you set up for your Citi branded home loan with your NAB branded account details. You'll need to update any other payments coming into your Citi branded home loan account with your NAB branded account details. Any payments received into the closed account after 23 February 2024 will not be processed and returned to the sender.

Changes to how you can access and manage your account:

You can now access your accounts via NAB app or NAB Internet Banking and speak directly with NAB customer service teams when you need support. You’ll also have access to a wide network of NAB branches.

What you need to do:

Now that you have your NAB branded account information, you may:

  • Register for NAB Internet Banking with the information sent to the email address listed on your profile.
  • Switch your regular payments and direct debits to ensure you don't miss a payment now that your Citi branded account has closed.
  • Read the 'Summary of Changes and Variation Notice'  document that we sent you.
