The move to NAB



About the changes

From 1 June 2022, NAB became the provider of Citi’s consumer banking products and services. Since then, we’ve reached out to you about how our move changes the way we look after your balances and investments and asked for your consent to transfer them to NAB and nabtrade products and services.

Over the coming months, we’ll continue to update you about the move to NAB and nabtrade and support you through the changes. For more information, refer to the communications we sent you and speak to your Relationship Manager.

We’ll let you know when your NAB and nabtrade accounts are ready to use, until then continue to use your existing Citi branded account as you normally do.

What happens next


Earlier this year, you gave us your consent to move your existing Citi investments to NAB, nabtrade and WealthHub Securities Limited (WSL) products and services. 

As the next phase on the journey, your investments will be transferred to NAB and nabtrade products and services on or shortly after 24 February 2024 (Transfer Date).

To ensure you're prepared, if you don’t already have a nabtrade account, we'll provide further support information and useful guides to getting started with your new nabtrade trading account and the nabtrade app. 

This will be sent to the email address you have registered with Citi.
