From 1 November 2018, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is the external dispute resolution scheme to support consumers, replacing the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), Credit and Investments Ombudsman (CIO) and Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT).
