Balance Transfer offer
Your total balance transfers may not exceed 80% of your credit limit. The 0% p.a. interest rate will apply to balances transferred with this offer within 3 months from card approval, and the balance transfer fee, for a period of 28 months, commencing from the date the balance transfer is processed. The balance transfer fee is 3% of the balance transferred and will be debited to your account on the day or the day after your balance transfer is processed. At the end of the balance transfer period, the interest rate on any outstanding transferred balance, and balance transfer fee, will revert to the variable Annual Percentage Rate for Cash Advances, currently 22.24% p.a. This offer excludes balances transferred from Citi branded unsecured credit products. Please note, you will be charged interest on retail purchases while you have a balance transfer. <Interest free period
The interest free period applies when you pay your full closing balance from your last statement of account by the payment due date (excluding any Fixed Payment Option balance which isn’t due for payment by that payment due date). No interest free period is available on Cash Advances or Balance Transfers. Whilst you have a Balance Transfer you will be charged interest on your daily unpaid balance. -

Citi PayAll payments are subject to eligibility and only available if your account is and remains in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed). Set up Citi PayAll payment instructions using the Citi Mobile® App or in any other way we tell you that you can make a Citi PayAll payment. This is an amount you authorise us to pay once or on a regular basis from your account to another bank account held with an Australian financial institution (other than through BPAY®). This must be not less than 7 days from the date the Citi PayAll payment is set up, and if there is more than one payment to be made, the number and frequency of the payments and period over which they are to be made, you must ensure these details are correct. All Citi PayAll payments and Citi PayAll Fees we charge to your account will be added to the retail purchase balance and the Retail APR will apply to them. Citi PayAll payments are charged at the retail purchase rate applicable to your account and are only available on Citi PayAll payments outlined in the Credit Card Terms and Conditions and Other Important Information.
