Welcome to My Cashback

My Cashback is a no hassle program making shopping with your Citi Mastercard credit card even better with personalised cashback offers from some of your favourite brands. To access the program, log into your Citi Mobile^® App and click "Offers" button, then "My Cashback" and you will see your personalised offers. When you receive an offer, simply shop at the featured store, using your eligible Citi Mastercard credit card. When an eligible Citi Mastercard credit card is used in conjunction with an offer, the cashback will be credited to your Citi credit card account for each eligible transaction.

No. If you have an eligible Citi Mastercard credit card i.e. and your card/account is open and in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed), you'll automatically be enrolled into My Cashback.

Cards/accounts will be deemed ineligible if they are considered expired, lost, stolen, fraudulent, or any other condition for which spend, or access to the respective card/account, is restricted (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed).

If you see a cashback offer you like, you’ll need to meet the minimum spend requirements and criteria as stated within the offer. You just need to use an eligible Citi Mastercard credit card i.e. your card/account must be open and in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed). Each My Cashback offer is subject to its own terms and conditions, outlined in the Citi Mobile^® App.

Offers will be sent to you based on your transaction history. From time to time, we may share other offers that we think you might enjoy.

Offers will be updated regularly. Please check your Citi Mobile® App under the Offers tab for your latest personalised offers.

You will need to have completed a transaction within the last 24 months on an eligible card to receive My Cashback offers in your Citi Mobile^® App. Please note that if you have a Balance Transfer you will be charged interest on any spend that you make.

You should receive the cashback within 14 calendar days after completing the eligible transaction, provided that you have met the terms and conditions of the offer.

Please allow 14 calendar days after you have spent the qualifying amount for the cashback to appear. The cashback transaction description will state “Cashback” with the merchant information. The cashback will be credited to your Citi credit card account for each eligible transaction. An offer can only be redeemed once per customer, irrespective of how many Citi/Spot. Buy Now, Pay Later accounts you have.

Other reasons why you may not have received the cashback amount:

• Your card/account is not eligible for My Cashback offers as per the My Cashback program terms and conditions, which can be found here.
• Your purchase did not meet the offer criteria as per the offer terms and conditions.

Yes. You will still earn Points in accordance with your applicable Citi Credit Card Program Terms and Conditions, which can be found here
