Choose platform

You can reset your user ID or password using the Citi Mobile® App or Citi Online. Follow the steps below.

Log in to the Citi Mobile® App

Step 1: Log in to the Citi Mobile® App

Tap on the 'Forgot?' button on the login screen

Step 2: Tap on the 'Forgot?' button on the login screen

Enter your 16-digit card number and tap the 'Next' arrow

Step 3: Enter your 16-digit card number and tap the 'Next' arrow

Enter the 3-digit CVV and your date of birth and tap the 'Next' arrow

Step 4: Enter the 3-digit CVV and your date of birth and tap the 'Next' arrow

Enter the One-Time PIN when prompted. The One-Time PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number

Step 5: Enter the One-Time PIN when prompted. The One-Time PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number

Enter the new password making sure it meets the minimum security requirements

Step 6: Enter the new password making sure it meets the minimum security requirements

Type the new password again to confirm password and tap 'Confirm'

Step 7: Type the new password again to confirm password and tap 'Confirm'

'Password changed' message will appear

Step 8: 'Password changed' message will appear

Click on 'Forgot User ID or Password?'

Step 1: Click on 'Forgot User ID or Password?'

Enter your 16-digit card number and click the 'Continue' button

Enter the 3-digit CVV and your date of birth and click the 'Continue' button

Step 3: Enter the 3-digit CVV and your date of birth and click the 'Continue' button

Enter the One-Time PIN when prompted. The One-Time PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number

Step 4: Enter the One-Time PIN when prompted. The One-Time PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number

Enter the new password

Step 5: Enter the new password

Enter the new password again to confirm and click 'Reset Password'

Step 6: Enter the new password again to confirm and click 'Reset Password'

'Your new password is now active' confirmation screen will appear

Step 7: 'Your new password is now active' confirmation screen will appear
