How to change your name on your account

You can change your name on your account via Citi Online

  1. Sign on to Citi Online.
  2. Click 'Services' menu and select 'My Profile'.
  3. Click ‘Personal Information‘ and select 'View / update details'.
  4. Authenticate yourself using a One-Time PIN via Citi Mobile® App or SMS.
  5. Click 'Update Information'.
  6. Modify your name in 'Personal Information'.
  7. Click 'Continue'.
  8. Upload a copy of a Government-issued ID reflecting your desired name (e.g. Passport or Driver's Licence) and your evidence of name change, such as a marriage certificate, divorce papers or change of name certificate issued by the State’s Registry Office of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
  9. Click 'Confirm'.
