Easy ways to make your monthly
repayments on time.
Part of keeping your account in good condition is ensuring your repayments are made on time, each month.
Your Minimum Payment Due Date can be found on your statement, along with your Minimum Payment Due and any
overdue and overlimit amounts.
Easi-Pay is a service you can use to set up automatic payments of your Minimum Payment Due, by the Payment Due Date each month.
Set-up your Easi-Pay service by completing the form in the link provided. Your request will be processed within 10 business days. Your next statement will be paid via Easi-Pay.
Important - it can take up to 3 business days for your Easi-Pay payment to be cleared from your bank account you have nominated to be debited. Until the payment is cleared, these funds will not be available for use.
Set up Easi-Pay
Use your statement at Australia Post to pay your lending account.
Cash deposit limit is $9,000 per day. This includes physical cash or use of a debit or credit card.
A $2.50 over-the-counter transaction fee applies.
To pay your lending account online or over the phone from a non-Citi account, use your account number as
your customer reference number and use the relevant BPAY Biller Code for your product.
