How to change your card PIN
How to update your card PIN via Citi Mobile® App or Citi Online
Your card PIN, sometimes referred to as ATM PIN, is the number that you may be asked to enter when you buy something in store with your card. We recommend you change your PIN regularly to help keep your account safe. You may also want to change your card PIN when you're activating a new card, if you're worried about security of your PIN or if you've forgotten your PIN.
