Find out how to download your transaction history

You can download your transaction history using Citi Online. Just follow the steps below.

Log in to Citi Online

Step 1: Log in to Citi Online

From the main dashboard, choose the account you would like to see the transaction history for

Click on 'Download Activity' under 'Quick links' section

Step 3: Click on 'Download Activity' under 'Quick links' section

Select the Activity Period and click 'Continue'

Step 4: Select the Activity Period and click 'Continue'

You can download the transaction histories for all your accounts or for a specific account.

Select the relevant accounts and click 'Continue'

Select the transaction history file format from the dropdown list and click 'Continue'

Step 7: Select the transaction history file format from the dropdown list and click 'Continue'

If you're downloading transaction histories for multiple accounts click 'Continue download with next account'.

Step 8: If you're downloading transaction histories for multiple accounts click 'Continue download with next account'

Click 'Ok' to finalise the transaction history download for each account. Files will be downloaded in your chosen format to your computer.

Common transaction terms

Late payment fees: This refers to credit card late payment fees which are charged to your account after the payment due date, each time we do not receive the Minimum Payment Due and any Overdue Amount by the payment due date. The Minimum Payment Due, any Overdue Amount, and payment due date are detailed on your statement. See more information about credit card fees & charges.

Redeemed with points: This refers to credit due to Pay with Points rewards redemption. Your account will be credited each time you make an eligible purchase using Pay with Points. The transaction will appear on your statement with the description ’Redeemed with Points’. See more information about Pay with Points.
