How to access eStatements and eNotices

Use the Citi Mobile® App or sign in to Citi Online to access your eStatements and eNotices.

Citi Mobile® App

Haven’t logged in for a while? Make sure you’ve got the latest version of our app before following these steps.

  • Log in to the Citi Mobile® App
  • Tap the 'Profile and Settings' icon at the top left of the home screen
  • Tap 'Statements' under 'Account Settings'
  • Choose your account
  • Nominate a time period
  • The app will show your statement as a PDF, which you can download if you need to.

Download the Citi Mobile® App

Citi Online

  • Sign on to Citi Online
  • Select ‘Services’ from the top menu
  • Select ‘My Profile’
  • Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) when prompted. The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Select ‘Statements and Notices’ from the left-hand menu
  • Select ‘View/Download Statement’
  • Choose the account you would like to see the statement for and the time period
  • Click ‘Download’

Sign on to Citi Online now

 

Please note: If you're a transaction, home loan, term deposit or investment account holder whose Citi-branded account has moved to NAB, you can get your last and previous statements via NAB Internet Banking.

Keep in mind

You'll need your eStatement password to view your eStatements via email

  • Your eStatement or eNotice is password protected to keep your information safe.
  • You can update your eStatement Password via Citi Online. You don’t have to make your password the same as your Citi Online password.

When to expect your eStatement

  • Your first eStatement will be available in your next statement cycle. You can make a payment before your first statement arrives by following the instructions under 'BPAY' here.
  • To ensure your statements aren’t rejected as spam emails, add auesmail@edelivery.citi.com to your contacts list.

How do I reset my eStatement password?

Your eStatement Password can be changed via Citi Online and may take 2-3 business days to be processed. You don’t have to make it the same as your Citi Online password.

  • Sign on to Citi Online.
  • Click on 'Services’ from the top menu.
  • Select 'My Profile’.
  • Select 'Statements and Notices' from the left-hand menu.
  • Click 'Register / Manage your Statement and Notice' from the available options.
  • Click 'Edit' and enter your new eStatement password. Click 'Next’.
  • Confirm the update and click 'Confirm'.

How do I read and understand my statement?

Where do I find Instalment Plan details on my statement?

The instalment plan information appears on your monthly statement under the Fixed Payment Option (FPO) Summary section, below your transactions list.

Why haven’t I received my eStatement or eNotice via email?

There may be a couple of reasons you’re not receiving your eStatement or eNotice via email.

  • Your email address might need updating
    We’ll always try to deliver your eStatement or eNotice to the email address we have on file for you, but if it bounces, we’ll send you an SMS to let you know.
  • It might be in your spam folder
    If you can’t find your eStatement or eNotice in your inbox, check your spam folder. If your document is there, mark it as safe and save our delivery email address to your contacts.
