Getting started

Register to receive electronic statements via Citi Online:

  • Sign on to Citi Online.
  • Select ‘Services’ from the top navigation.
  • Select ‘My Profile’.
  • Select 'Statements and Notices' from the left-hand menu.
  • Click 'Register / Manage your eStatement and eNotice'.
  • Create an eStatement Password (this password will be used each time you open your eStatement) and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Click 'Next’. Note: you must have a valid email address registered to receive electronic statements. For instructions on how to update your personal details, including your email address view our help guide.
  • Confirm your enrolment or update and click 'Confirm'.

*Note: Your first eStatement will be available in your next statement cycle.

View and download your statements online

You can view your statements and access up to 7 years' worth of statements via Citi Online or the Citi Mobile® App.

Citi Online

  • Sign on to Citi Online.
  • Select ‘Services’ from the top menu.
  • Select ‘My Profile’.
  • Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) when prompted. The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Select ‘Statements and Notices’ from the left-hand menu.
  • Select ‘View/Download Statement’.
  • Choose the account you would like to see the statement for and the time period.
  • Click ‘Download’.

Click here, log in to your Citi Online account and you will be taken directly to your statements page.

Citi Mobile® App

  • Log in to the Citi Mobile® App.
  • Tap the 'Profile and Settings' icon on the top left of your app home screen.
  • Tap 'Statements' under 'Account Settings'.
  • Select the relevant account.
  • Choose the time period.
  • Your statement will be shown in PDF format within the app.

 

Please note: If you're a transactions, home loan, term deposit or investment account holder whose Citi-branded account has moved to NAB, you can access your last and previous statements via NAB Internet Banking.
