A new way to raise complaints

From 1 November 2018, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), will be the new external dispute resolution scheme to support consumers in the financial scheme replacing the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), Credit and Investments Ombudsman (CIO) and Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT).
